Prescott Cardinals (Prescott, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Croix Falls Saints (St. Croix Falls, WI), 55-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Prescott upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Cardinals host Altoona (Altoona, WI) to play the Railroaders in a Middle Border bout on Thursday, December 7. The Railroaders go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Altoona won 45-28 in their recent league bout against Osceola (Osceola, WI)
Next up, the Saints play the Northwestern Tigers (Maple, WI) in a Heart O'North bout, on Thursday, December 7. St. Croix Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 50-38 league win over Ladysmith (Ladysmith, WI).
