The Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) basketball nipped the visiting Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), 34-27 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Chargers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Capital got by Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 34-33, in a non-league test.
The Monarchs now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Del Norte for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12.
