California High School Basketball - Anderson crushes CORE Butte

Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting CORE Butte Lynx (Chico, CA), 56-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Cubs travel to Del Norte (Crescent City, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Del Norte won 53-18 in their recent non-league bout against Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR)

Next up, the Lynx play the Lower Lake Trojans (Lower Lake, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. CORE Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 28-22 non-league loss to Maxwell (Maxwell, CA).
