The Godwin Eagles basketball team (Richmond, VA), was nudged 45-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA)
The Cavaliers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlee for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 7. Caroline will battle a Raiders team coming off a 49-31 non-league win over Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Henrico (Richmond, VA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Henrico was nudged by Hermitage (Richmond, VA), 63-34, in a non-league battle.
