In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Abilene Eagles basketball team scored a good 54-37 win over the Perryton Rangers.
The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, North Crowley defeated Cleburne (Cleburne, TX), 95-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rangers battle the Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Perryton will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 58-42 non-league win over Adams (Dallas, TX).
