The Iron Academy Swordsmen basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Bethesda Christian Academy Crusaders to 25 in the Swordsmen non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Swordsmen now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Emerson Waldorf for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Iron Academy will confront a Gnomes team coming off a 75-0 non-league loss to Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC). The Gnomes record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Bethesda Christian Academy falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host C.H. Friend (South Boston, VA) to confront the Red Jackets in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Red Jackets go into the game with a record of 2-4.
