Texas High School Basketball - Johnson nips Fort Bend Clements

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Johnson Jaguars basketball team scored a close 54-48 win over the Fort Bend Clements Rangers.

The Jaguars (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Clear Falls (League City, TX). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Clear Falls edged Jersey Village (Houston, TX), 57-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rangers battle the Crosby Cougars (Crosby, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 52-40 non-league win over Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX).
