The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM) and the host Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), observed Tohatchi's basketball team overwhelm Hozho Academy by a score of 68-27.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Bloomfield trounced Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM), 69-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Hozho Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 79-33 non-league loss to Zuni (Zuni, NM).
