In Thursday's league contest, the host Puget Sound Adventist Sharks basketball team scored a big 58-33 triumph over the Pope John Paul II Eagles.
The Sharks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Christian (Lacey, WA). The Wolverines go into the 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Northwest Christian smashed Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA), 61-47, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings (Auburn, WA) in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest, on Thursday, December 12. Pope John Paul II will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
