The Mountain Pointe Pride basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Carl Hayden Community Falcons to 28 in the Pride non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the loss, Carl Hayden Community falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Knights in a game on Tuesday, December 10. The Knights go into the game with a record of 3-0. Metro Tech won 76-31 in their recent non-league game against Glendale (Glendale, AZ)
