The Englewood Pirates basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Stargate School Eagles to 13 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Pirates now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Lupton for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16.
With the loss, Stargate School falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO) to play the Miners in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. The Miners go into the game with a record of 0-0.
