The Dragons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Nixon-Smiley prevailed over Blanco (Blanco, TX), 58-36, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Marion Bulldogs (Marion, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Blanco will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 62-40 non-league loss to Devine (Devine, TX).
