In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting McQueen Lancers basketball team scored a good 72-54 triumph over the McDermitt Bulldogs.
The Lancers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Reed (Sparks, NV). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Reed was toppled by Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV), 54-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. McDermitt will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV).
