The ThunderRidge Grizzlies basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Northfield Nighthawks to 47 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Grizzlies now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Discovery Canyon for a non-league game on Monday, December 9. ThunderRidge will confront a Thunder team coming off a 56-31 non-league win over Banning Lewis Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Northfield falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Forge Christian (Arvada, CO) to confront the Fury in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Fury go into the game with a record of 1-0. Forge Christian won 58-24 in their recent non-league game against Platte Valley (Kersey, CO)
