Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Byrd Yellow Jackets (Shreveport, LA) and the visiting Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA), saw Byrd's soccer squad knock off Parkway by a count of 2-0.

The Yellow Jackets (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Minden (Minden, LA). The Crimson Tide enter the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Minden by North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Northwood Falcons (Shreveport, LA) in a Division II District 1 battle, on Friday, December 6. Parkway will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Southwood (Shreveport, LA).
