The Centennial Apaches basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Animo Venice Pirates to 30 in the Apaches non-league triumph on Friday.

The Apaches now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Chatsworth for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. Centennial will confront a Chancellors team coming off a 78-52 non-league loss to Crossroads (Santa Monica, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Animo Venice falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Animo City of Champions (Inglewood, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Monday, December 8. The Wildcats enter the outing with a record of 0-4. Animo City of Champions lost 63-52 in their recent non-league outing against EF Academy (Pasadena, CA)
