O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX), 59-57 in a non-league match.

With the victory, O'Connor upgrades its record to 6-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to Johnson (San Antonio, TX) to face the Jaguars in a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 6-4. Johnson won 61-44 in their recent non-league match against Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX)

The Friars now sport a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Sherman for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 9. Bishop Lynch will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 58-46 non-league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-9.
