In Friday's non-league test, the Miller Buccaneers (Corpus Christi, TX) basketball squad knocked off the host Boerne Greyhounds (Boerne, TX), by a score of 72-54.

Next, the Buccaneers encounter the New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 6. Miller will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Unicorns go into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 69-54 non-league win over LEE (San Antonio, TX).

With the loss, Boerne falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Ray (Corpus Christi, TX) to encounter the Texans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 6.
