Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Governor Mifflin sneaks past Red Land

The Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA) basketball edged the host Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA), 49-48 in Friday's non-league test.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a Berks County 1 bout, on Monday, December 8. Governor Mifflin will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Muhls go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 60-57 non-league win over Methacton (Norristown, PA).

With the loss, Red Land falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA) to encounter the Rockets in a non-league test on Saturday, December 6. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 1-0. Spring Grove won 61-30 in their recent non-league test against Dover (Dover, PA)
