The Jasper Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Kirbyville Wildcats to 44 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Shepherd for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Jasper will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 71-26 non-league win over The Ehrhart School (Beaumont, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-9.

The Wildcats (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against West Orange-Stark (Orange, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, West Orange-Stark was defeated by Huntington (Huntington, TX), 60-44, in a non-league outing.
