Virginia High School Basketball - Hayfield fells Lightridge

The Hayfield Hawks basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Lightridge Bolts to 41 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 9. Hayfield will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
The Bolts (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Captains come into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record.
