Texas High School Basketball - IDEA Riverview overwhelmed by Roma

The Roma Gladiators bounced the host IDEA Riverview Rockets basketball team by a tally of 45-23 in Friday's non-league game.

The Gladiators now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hanna for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Roma will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 21-14 non-league win over Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, IDEA Riverview falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Rockets host Lyford (Lyford, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Region IV District 32 game on Tuesday, December 16. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 6-1.
