Texas High School Basketball - Palmer nudges Madison

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Palmer Bulldogs (Palmer, TX) and the host Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX), witnessed Palmer's basketball squad hold off Madison by a count of 52-47.

With the victory, Palmer advances its record to 5-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Wilson (Dallas, TX) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 6. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 8-6. Wilson won 37-28 in their recent non-league battle against Community (Nevada, TX)

The Trojans now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kaufman for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 9. Madison will encounter a Lions team coming off a 74-29 non-league loss to Caddo Mills (Caddo Mills, TX). The Lions record now stands at 6-4.
