Whitney Wildcats (Cerritos, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Calvary Chapel Grizzlies (Downey, CA), 63-7 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Whitney upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-6. El Segundo won 69-35 in their recent non-league bout against Mesrobian (Pico Rivera, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Hawthorne Cougars (Hawthorne, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Calvary Chapel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
