University Prep Panthers (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Catholic Central Shamrocks (Novi, MI), 49-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, University Prep upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Panthers host Westfield Prep (Redford, MI) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Shamrocks clash with the North Farmington Raiders (Farmington Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Catholic Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
