Wisconsin High School Basketball - Chippewa Falls can't hold off Stevens Point

The Stevens Point Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Chippewa Falls Cardinals to 59 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wausau West for a Wisconsin Valley contest on Friday, December 16.

The Cardinals (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eau Claire North (Eau Claire, WI). The Huskies enter the Big Rivers contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Eau Claire North was nudged by La Crosse Central (La Crosse, WI), 70-54, in a non-league contest.
