The Buckeyes now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wills Point for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Gilmer will meet a Tigers team coming off a 61-56 non-league loss to Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 7-3.

The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against CHAAMP HomeSchool (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, CHAAMP HomeSchool ran past Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX), 69-42, in a non-league contest.
