Mississippi High School Basketball - Enterprise ripped by Loyd Star

The Loyd Star Hornets basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Enterprise Yellowjackets to 40 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hornets now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Loyd Star will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-50 non-league win over Morton (Morton, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.

The Yellowjackets (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pisgah (Sandhill, MS). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Pisgah was crushed by Stringer (Stringer, MS), 60-45, in a non-league bout.
