Virginia High School Basketball - Takoma Academy topped by Freedom

December 6, 2022: Woodbridge, VA 22191

The Freedom Eagles basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Takoma Academy Tigers to 72 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colonial Forge for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Freedom will battle a Eagles team coming off a 58-53 non-league loss to Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.

The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Bullis prevailed over Potomac School (McLean, VA), 43-42, in a non-league contest.
