The Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) basketball crushed the host Grand Prairie Gophers (Grand Prairie, TX), 72-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Scots (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats go into the 6A Region I District 7 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Lake Highlands walloped Dallas Jesuit (Dallas, TX), 72-47, in a league test.
The Gophers now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Pasadena Memorial for a non-league test on Thursday, December 8. Grand Prairie will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 68-55 non-league win over Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 9-3.
