The Lewistown Indians (Lewistown, IL) basketball crushed the visiting West Prairie Cyclones (Sciota, IL), 48-21 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Patriots go into the Prairieland test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Peoria Heights walloped Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL), 54-47, in a league test.
The Cyclones now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a Prairieland test on Friday, December 9. West Prairie will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 71-65 non-league loss to Monmouth United (Monmouth, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.
