The Mathews Mustangs basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Lordstown Red Devils to 49 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harding for a Northeastern contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The Red Devils (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maplewood (Cortland, OH). The Rockets enter the Northeastern contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Maplewood was outscored by Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH), 79-47, in a league contest.
