Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR) and the visiting McDaniel Mountain Lions (Portland, OR), saw Sprague's basketball squad overcome McDaniel by a tally of 66-56.

With the victory, Sprague improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA) to play the Braves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. St. John Bosco won 52-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA)

Next up, the Mountain Lions play the Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. McDaniel will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 63-46 league win over Lindbergh (Renton, WA).
