The Northern Huskies basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Salisbury Elk Lick Elks to 53 in the Huskies non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Allegany for a Appalachian contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The Elks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA). The Blue Jays come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Conemaugh Valley prevailed over Marion Center (Marion Center, PA), 54-53, in a non-league contest.
