The Prentice Buccaneers basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the visiting Tomahawk Hatchets to 48 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edgar for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Prentice will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 69-34 non-league loss to Cameron (Cameron, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
The Hatchets (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mosinee (Mosinee, WI). The Indians come into the Great Northern contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Mosinee triumphed over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 61-45, in a non-league contest.
