The Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) basketball crushed the host Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), 53-12 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tars (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Grosse Pointe South walloped Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI), 41-32, in a league test.
The Big Reds now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Dakota for a non-league test on Thursday, December 8. Chippewa Valley will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Clarkston (Clarkston, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
