Pennsylvania High School Basketball - South Allegheny succumbs to Apollo Ridge

The Apollo Ridge Vikings topped the visiting South Allegheny Gladiators basketball team by a final score of 51-40 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 19. Apollo Ridge will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.

With the defeat, South Allegheny moves to 2-1 on the year. The Gladiators host Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA) to face the Golden Lions in a non-league game on Monday, December 12. The Golden Lions enter the game with a record of 3-1. Greensburg Salem won 61-19 in their recent non-league game against Southmoreland (Alverton, PA)
