California High School Basketball - Centennial beaten by Independence

The Independence Falcons ran past the host Centennial Golden Hawks basketball team by a final score of 53-40 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Tehachapi Warriors (Tehachapi, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 8. Independence will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 8-0 record after their 58-11 non-league win over Taft (Taft, CA).

With the defeat, Centennial moves to 1-8 on the year. The Golden hawks travel to North (Bakersfield, CA) to face the Stars in a non-league game on Thursday, December 8. The Stars enter the game with a record of 4-3. North won 61-33 in their recent non-league game against Foothill (Bakersfield, CA)
