In their next game, the Pioneers face the Willamina Bulldogs (Willamina, OR) in a 2A Tri-River game, on Wednesday, January 4. Western Christian will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

With the defeat, East Linn Christian Academy moves to 1-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Country Christian (Molalla, OR) to face the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, December 8. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 1-1. Country Christian won 45-29 in their recent non-league game against North Marion (Aurora, OR)
