The Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] Pirates basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting New Salem Holsteins to 21 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Center-Stanton for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 33-19 non-league win over Beach (Beach, ND). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
The Holsteins (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Beach (Beach, ND). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Beach was routed by Center-Stanton (Center, ND), 33-19, in a non-league contest.
