La Lumiere Lakers (La Porte, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL), 54-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, La Lumiere upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Lakers host Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) to play the Dolphins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Dolphins go into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Huskies play the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) in a DuPage Valley bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Naperville North will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
