Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lake Shore Shorians (St. Clair Shores, MI), 38-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sterling Heights upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Stallions host Fraser (Fraser, MI) to play the Ramblers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Fraser won 59-36 in their recent league bout against L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI)

Next up, the Shorians play the Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) in a Macomb Area - Blue bout, on Thursday, December 8. Lake Shore will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 45-27 non-league loss to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI).
