Lutheran Mustangs (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Stacey Eagles (San Antonio, TX), 49-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lutheran upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Mexia (Mexia, TX) to play the Black Cats in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Black Cats go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Mexia won 88-14 in their recent league bout against Groesbeck (Groesbeck, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 30 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Stacey will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
