The Ponte Vedra Sharks basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Fletcher Senators to 53 in the Sharks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Sharks now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tocoi Creek for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Ponte Vedra will battle a Toros team coming off a 55-50 non-league win over Creekside (St. Johns, FL). The Toros record now stands at 1-0.
The Senators (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville, FL). The Stingrays come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Atlantic Coast was nudged by Beachside (St. Johns, FL), 77-40, in a non-league contest.
