In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) basketball squad beat the visiting St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM), by a margin of 59-49.
The Elks/Elkettes (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Los Lunas defeated Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 45-30, in a non-league outing.
The Horsemen now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 8.
