The Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA) basketball felled the visiting Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA), 60-41 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Rebels (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA). The Chiefs go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Natchitoches Central thwarted Marksville (Marksville, LA), 83-57, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Avoyelles for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Acadiana will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 66-60 non-league loss to Fairview (Grant, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-3.
