Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA), 118-92 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Clovis West upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 4-1. San Joaquin Memorial won 78-39 in their recent non-league bout against Pitman (Turlock, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the South Spartans (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Granite Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 88-34 non-league loss to Clovis West (Fresno, CA).
