The Wilmot Panthers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Grayslake North Knights to 30 in the Panthers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waterford for a Southern Lakes contest on Friday, December 8. Wilmot will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 54-43 non-league win over Indian Trail (Kenosha, WI). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-3.

The Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Northern Lake County contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Wauconda prevailed over Round Lake (Round Lake, IL), 104-17, in a league contest.
