The California Trojans (Coal Center, PA) basketball crushed the visiting West Greene Pioneers (Waynesburg, PA), 57-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA). The Leopards go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Belle Vernon was trounced by Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA), 51-35, in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bentworth for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. West Greene will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 42-26 non-league win over Jefferson-Morgan (Jefferson, PA). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-2.
