The Sacred Heart Academy Lions basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Calvary Christian Academy Cougars to 24 in the Lions non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. St. Joseph Academy for a Catholic Academies contest on Wednesday, December 20.

The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Jenkintown (Jenkintown, PA). The Drakes come into the Bicentennial - Constitution contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Jenkintown was routed by Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA), 56-8, in a non-league contest.
